Job Description:
1.Develop maintenance capability and repair techniques, evaluating maintenance projects.
2.Develop repair/ modification schemes and initiate cooperation with customers, OEM to gain approvals for repair/modification out of manual.
3.Check and approve task card, EO, Fabrication Order, Process Specification, issue Weight and Balance Report.
4.Assist to lead and implement manufacturing plans.
5.Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
6.Providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices (Fabrication Orders, Process Sheets, Fabrication Standards and etc.)
7.Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.

Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Job Skills and Qualifications:
1.CAAC-ME licensed. Above 6 years working experience in Engineering in MRO, or aviation related field. Or above at least 4 years production experience and 2 years engineering background.
2.Acquire good skill in writing and reading of English, Pass CET-6.
3.Team Work Spirit.
4.Experienced in Boeing type airplanes. Familiar with Boeing SRM, AMM, CMM, SSID, BAC, WDM.
5.Basic skills of Microsoft office tools, AutoCAD, CATIA is preferred.
6.Experience in supervisor to train and build up team capability.
