职位描述：
1. 负责产成品的质量检验，确保产品的开箱合格率符合质量目标的要求；
2. 负责产成品检验验收标准的制定，确保验收标准全面反映产品的设计要求和质量要求；
3. 带领团队持续改进工作质量，不断提高检验水平和工作能力；
4. 提高质量意识和工作的主动性，确保不合格产品不出厂；
5. 协调解决客户反馈的质量问题，并持续跟踪问题解决的全过程；
6. 参与新品的试验和测试，对于测试发现的性能和质量问题及时有效地与内、外方沟通。

岗位要求：
1. 电子/电气/机电一体化/自动控制/机械专业本科以上学历；
2. 从事产品质量检验及质量控制工作10年以上，5年以上质量主管工作经历；
3. 通晓质量管理体系的建立、改进和实施；
4. 熟悉产品检验标准的制定、实施和改进的全过程，并具有良好的实际操作经验；
5. 流利的英语书写和会话能力；
6. 较强的沟通能力和学习能力。
