职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
? Coordinate with global sales to provide accurate Shipping Instruction for individual shipments to factories.
? Liaise with factory logistics, forwarders & 3PL so as to ensure on time shipments.
? Coordinate products from various factories to maximize container loading.
? Prepare accurate shipping documentations to clients for destination clearance.
? Contact with factories, domestic clients, transportation companies & China warehouse to arrange timely and accurate product delivery.
? Cooperate with forwarders, brokers & customs to conduct import & export.
? Maintain inventory accuracy in China warehouse. Cooperate with warehouse about product storage, handling, pick & pack, product returning.
? Search for appropriate transportation service providers for China domestic shipments.
? Complete order receiving and fulfill in system. Maintain system data accuracy.
? Provide monthly KPI review of 3rd party logistics providers and factories to Logistics Manager.
Requirements:
? Academy degree.
? Good English in written and oral.
? Minimum 2+ year relevant working experience in shipping / foreign trade industry.
? Experience with 3PL, carrier, warehouse and supply chain management preferred.
? Strong knowledge in international trade is a plus.
? Good command of Oracle system is a plus.
? Ability to work accurately with close attention to details.
? Good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
? Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Good in international trade, import & export knowledge, warehousing management & China transportation skills.
