职位描述：
1、Handling the purchase order in industry and completing the contract review.
2、Transmitting sales order to Manufacture ,QA/QC and Logistics Department and tracking the progress of sales order producing.
3、To coordinate the date of delivery with customers.
4、In charge of sales order entry and BOM creating and updating for SAP system.
5、Completing reconciliation and delivering invoice.
6、Customs manual for the record, the preparation of customs declaration.
7、Assist the sales manager to complete the monthly sales report, quarterly report and annual report.
8、Sales forecast and budget.
9、Printing and putting sales data in order.
10、To receive customers and other visitors.
11、Complete other tasks arranged by supervisor.
