1）To be responsible for the effective overall planning of the department based on the available forward company's project loading. / 基于公司的生产任务，负责所有生产计划的能有效执行
2）To be responsible for the control and supervison of the departmental team members, and to ensure effective execution and completion of all production schedules and needs / 负责各部门组员的工作控制和管理，并负责确保其有效执行以及所有的生产进度和需求完成 3) To execute the environmental regulations to keep the environment clean, tidy, safe and compliant with both internal and external regulations/ 执行环境制度确保环境干净、整洁和安全，并保证符合内部和外部的规章制度
4)To be responsible for developing, implementing and managing effective KPI’s, production timing analysis, and operational improvement activities/负责开发、实施和管理有效的KPI，以及生产时间分析和业务改进活动 5)To be responsible for effective problem solving and continuous improvement activities within the deaprtment / 有效解决现场问题以及部门内持续改进活动

Qualification / 任职资格：
1) Bachelor degree or above majoring in corrosion protection or chemical industry，or with formal qualifications / certification(Such as NACE or SSPC)./防腐保护或化工专业大学或以上学历，或者有正式的专业证书（例如NACE或者SSPC）
2) More than 3 years’ experiences in the corrosion protection of steel structure and requiring high level of technical expertise（such as have CP and sandblasting experiences about different materials, familiar with international standards of corrosion protection ）/钢结构防腐保护3年以上工作经验和要求具有较高水平的专业技能（例如对各种材料的打砂和油漆具有经验，熟悉国际上的油漆保护标准）
3) Management experience and be a highly motivated team player /管理经验及具有非常积极的团队合作精神
4) High sense of responsibility and initiative, excellent communication and coordination ability and innovation ability /具有高度责任心和工作积极性，优秀的沟通协调能力及创新能力
