职位描述：
Job description工作职责：
1. 接受公司分派的项目任务，并根据公司技术部、生产部、质量部要求，编制项目进度计划；
Make good plan for different projects, according to the requirements from technical, production, quality departments.
2. 根据项目的要求，确立相应的技术协议；且能独立配合外国同事进行项目的技术细节沟通；
Confirm the technical agreement according to the project requirements; Independent cooperate with foreign colleagues for business trip.
3. 根据项目节点要求、控制项目的进度；
Control/Monitor the project progress by different milestones.
4. 负责控制项目的质量。包含监督项目开发、采购、制造、装配、调试、验收等各个环节的实施过程；
Control the project quality, including all the processes like project developing, ordering, manufacturing, assembling, testing, acceptance and so on.
5. 评估项目实施过程中的风险，确立相应的行动计划，控制项目开发质量；
      Assess the risk in the process of project implementation, to establish the corresponding action plan and control the project quality.
6. 较高的成本意识，有效的控制项目实施全过程的成本；
Higher sensitive to the cost, effective control of the whole process of project implementation cost.
7. 负责公司内各部门之间的沟通协调。
Responsible for communications between different departments.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications 职位要求：
1. 机械、机电一体化或电气自动化专业，本科以上学历；
Bachelor degree in mechanics, mechatronics or electric automation.
2. 3年以上相关行业或相关岗位工作经验；
Min. 3 years’ experience in related working position.
3. 熟悉质量标准，熟悉及掌握项目管理流程；
Familiar with quality standards, project managements.
a. 具备工业自动化等专业知识背景；
With good knowledge background of industrial automation.
b. 具备良好的时间、成本、质量及风险管理意识；
With good time, cost, quality and risk management.
c. 英语听说读写应用熟练；
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
d. 具备计算机日常办公软件应用能力及专业设计软件应用能力(如AUTOCAD、Pro-E)；
Good usage of Microsoft office and some other 2D/3D software such as AUTOCAD, Pro-E.
4. 较强的协调能力和组织能力；
Good ability of communication and organization.
5. 诚实正直，具有责任感；
Honest with good responsibility.
6. 具有独立工作能力。
Has ability to work independently.
