职位描述：
Job Functions

-Respond to Concierge Desk daily operations within company guidelines and requirements.
-Assist Customer Service Manager and/or Supervisor in liaising with tenants to provide high quality services. i.e. respond to tenant and visitor by providing accurate, valid and complete information through using the right methods/tools, etc.
-Comply with our service procedures, and coordinate with security, cleaning, maintenance services and so on to meet tenant’s needs.
-Maintain close relationship with our tenants, promptly respond to tenant requests, complaints and ensure timely and accurate follow-up and resolution.
-Maintain excellent daily grooming standard and behave professionally at any time and always represent our building in front of our tenants and/or authority agents.
-Maintain daily log book properly, and complete assignments assigned by Customer Service Manager and/or Supervisor.

Requirements

-College level or above, property management, hospitality industry or relevant major preferred.
-Good with computer, fluency in spoken and written English a must.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to resist pressure.
-More than 2-3 years previous experience required, commercial or hotel industry management preferred.
