职位描述：
Responsibility
–Collaborate with teams, customers and/or users to acquire and refine requirements to design visual UI elements for products for both Asian and North American users
–Identify usability issues and work with interaction designers and engineers to solve these issues
–Create and iteratively refine detailed specifications and final graphics for Engineering
–Create wire-frames, storyboards, and interactive prototypes as part of design process
–Work with Engineering to understand architecture and development issues/limitations
–Collaborate with team to develop style guides and test/validation methodologies
-Collaborate with customer/3rd party agency to create visual assets for online/offline campaign

Qualifications
–Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methods
–Strong knowledge of cross-cultural design issues
–Experience designing images, storyboards, UI mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Photoshop, Visio, PowerPoint, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Illustrator, Flash etc
–Solid understanding of various digital media formats
–Good written and verbal communication skills in Madarin
-Nice to have experience in ad agency or printing design
-Good English is preferred but not mandatory
–Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred but not mandatory
