Products: Hardlines, Powertools, Garden Powertools

Requirement:

- Education: University degree in the field of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related

- Several years of relevant work experience in a laboratory or trade environment

- Sound technical knowledge of production processes, materials, function, design and usability of hardlines, power tools and other products.

- Experience with German and European legal and market requirements

- Flexibility to do frequent factory and supplier visits (50% of working time)

- Commitment to high quality and constant product improvements

- Analytical and hands-on approach, open, confident and professional nature

- Ability to work under pressure

- Communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to motivate, influence and inspire others to improve quality

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

Main Responsibility:

- Technical product development of hardlines, powertools, garden powertools and other products by:

1. Improving product quality and examining of product samples

2. Problem solving and documentation with suppliers, quality management, brand management and purchasing office

3. Launching, controlling, improving and coordinating suppliers’ pre-production and production processes

4. Implementing Kaufland requirements and legal requirements

5. Auditing and training of suppliers

- All other tasks from the company

You will be part of a team consisting of product management in Germany and quality assurance and merchandising departments in Asia.

- 流利的中英文书写与口语交流能力

工作职责：

- 通过以下工作，从技术上改进杂货、电动产品、花园电动工具等其他产品：

1. 改进产品质量并指导样品的准备工作

2. 与供应商、集团质量管理部门、集团品牌管理部门及集团采购部门一起协同解决产品质量问题并对相关文件存档

3. 针对供应商的生产前期及整个生产流程进行投产启动、控制、改进及协调

4. 实施卡福连集团内部的质量要求及欧洲法定质量要求

5. 审核及培训供应商
