职位描述：
– 制定所有设备的维护保养计划，保养内容和核定保养工时。
Make the maintenance plan of all the equipment and the maintenance content, determine the maintenance labor as well.
– 负责和指导技术员进行设备的维修。
Response for the equipment maintenance and direct the technician to repair the equipment.
– 根据ISO/TS16949的要求来编制和维护设备部门的相关体系文件。
Create and maintain system documents according to ISO/TS 16949 requirements.
– 负责与设备供应商和总部设备部门的联系，必要时进行远程设备维修。
Response for communication with equipment supplier and H.Q. Maintenance Department. Do the remote repairing when need.
– 负责新设备的技术引入和协助新设备开发。
Response for technology sourcing of the new equipment, and new equipment develop support.
– 监控设备管理部的关键绩效并制定合理的持续改进计划。（包括故障损失时间，计划与非计划停机，预防性保养达成率，备品备件管理，设备相关的成本控制等），
– Monitor maintenance performance KPIs (lost-time accidents, absenteeism, planned and unplanned machine downtime, achievement rate of preventive maintenance, value of spare parts inventory, number and cost of express freight deliveries to customers, number and cost of express freight deliveries from equipment suppliers etc.) and put in place action plans to continuously improve these.
– 帮助设计、开发、维护和改进设备以及生产线质量系统
Assist in the design, development, maintenance and improvement of the equipment and plant quality system
– 帮助准备APQP、PPAP、PFMEA,控制计划、工作流程和指令
Assist in the preparation of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Procedures and Instructions
– 配合相关的项目工作人员，确保准时开始生产或转向新产品
Coordination with the relevant Project Engineer to ensure the timely start-of-production of transferred or new products

任职要求：
- 本科
Bachelor
- 自动化领域，具有电气或机械工程师经验3年以上
3 years of electrical or Mechanical Engineer experienced in automatic machinery
- 具有电脑控制器方面经验（上位机，PLC）
Experience in computerized controllers（upper computer, PLC）
- 良好的英文读写听说能力
Good spoken, read and write in English
- 熟练使用MS Office软件，能使用制图软件，（Excel， Word，PowerPoint，MS项目，AutoCad&3D）
Proficient with MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- 电工证书，IT知识
Certified Electrician，IT knowledge
