Job Discritpions:

- Develop, update, implement and assess standards, guidelines and policies within own area of expertise

Job Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE:
- University degree (Social, Pedagogic, HR, Economic or related ) or equivalent in working experience
- 3-5 years experience within area of expertise
Fluency in English
- A clear understanding of the IKEA HR Idea and a passion for IKEA values
Interest in home furnishings

The only Low Flow DC in Asia Pacific located in Shanghai Seaport Development Zone of Fengxian District has started operation since Dec.1,2008.
