职位描述：
1、SHE Audit
？ Conduct periodic internal SHE audit, improve SHE performance.
2、SHE information and reports
？ Prepare all SHE weekly and monthly reports as per SHE requirement
3、Incident/accident report
？ Coordinate to investigate and report all SHE incidents/accidents, near misses according to company’s requirements
4、SHE Training
？ Develop and carry out SHE training plan to all employee and management
5、Safety meeting
？ Hold safety meeting periodically
6、Emergency management
？ Set up emergency management procedures and emergency team to deal with emergency
7、Risk management
？ Conduct full site risk assessment to eliminate SHE hazards on site.
？ Follow and push the safety PM jobs implement by schedule to avoid risk (such as firefighting system, special type facilities and emergency equipment. )
8、SHE performance assessment
？ Coordinate HR department to assess SHE performance of employee and management of all departments.
9、Visitor and contractor SHE management
？ Provide induction to all visitors and contractors and monitor their safety actions.
10、Other Duties
其他职责：
？ Attend to any other matters as directed by PD or GPR
？ Performs work as assigned by the superior.

？ Ensure Safety, Health & Environment Policy Procedures are complied with.
