职位描述：
JOB CONTEXT：
- Responsible to design new polyurethane catalyst structures and formulations to meet market trend and customerized requirement.
- Responsible to design package for making rigid and flexible polyurethane foam, to evaluate polyurethane catalyst performance with Solvay catalysts and formulations.
- Responsible to provide conclusion on polyurethane catalyst performance according to the evaluation test.
- Responsible to speak in “polyurethane foam” language to customers for communicating polyurethane catalyst performance.
- Responsible to provide technical solutions when catalyst performance facing challenges from external or inferior to market products.
- Establish related technical documents.
- Visit customers and distributors accompanied with business people, to provide technical support and collect customer needs information.
- Participate in HSE/5S programs; daily behaviours aligned with company HSE/5S regulations.

JOB SPECIFICATION ：
* PhD with 3-5 years of experience in polyurethane or related chemistry area
* Master with 5-8 years of experience in polyurethane or related chemistry area
