职位描述：
岗位职责
1.跟踪、分析国家最新监管政策，向公司提供投资领域的策略和建议。
2.对各项资产管理制度、投资流程、投资项目进行审核，识别风险，提供合规评审意见。
3.对投资部门执行的日常投资交易、比例参数、风险阀值和权限审批情况进行事前、事中、事后合规监控，并对投资业务运行的合规性进行检查和评价。
4.负责投资项目信息库的建设与维护。
5.定期整理投资领域的监管处罚案例和评审案例，提炼合规审核关注点及应对措施，撰写投资业务月度报告。
6.负责与投资相关的合规政策培训和宣传。
7.协助及组织预投项目的尽职调查。
8.协助及组织已投项目的投后管理。
9.其他投资管理工作事项。

任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，金融类/法律类专业优先考虑；
2.有投资行业或者同岗位5~7年以上相关经验者，抑或具备三年以上投资项目实操经验者优先；
3. 需持有基金业从业资格者；
4. 熟悉金融法、证券法、公司法、合同法等相关法律法规；
5.具备募资能力及项目拓展渠道；
6.具备基本财务知识及分析能力；
7.具备一定市场分析及判断能力；
8.性格外向、反映敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
9.具备高度责任心及抗压能力，具有团队精神。
Job Scope:
Track and analyze the latest national regulatory policies, giving the advice on company's compliance policies and the provision of investment.
Compliance audit of the assets management system, investment process/projects, Identifying risks, provide compliance review comments.
Conduct compliance monitoring in daily investment transactions,rate, risk threshold and authorization in the investment sector, on investment and business operation of compliance inspections and evaluations.
Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the investment project database.
Timely sort investment regulatory penalties and compliance review cases, making compliance audit concerns and refining measures, prepare the monthly investment business report.
Responsible for compliance with investment - related training and public awareness.
Assisting and organizing pre-interjection the project's due diligence.
Assisting and organizing after the ongoing project management.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above,major in finance / legal priorities;
Having 5~7 years relevant experience in similar position with the investment industry;
Or with more than three years hands-on experience in investment projects is preferred;
Must have qualification certificates of the fund industry;
Familiar with financial law, securities law, corporation law, contract law, etc.
Capability to raise capital and expand channels for the investment projects;
Having basic accounting knowledge and analytical skills;
Have some market analysis and judgment ability;
Have high sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure, good team work spirit;
