1、 负责协调与管理电力驱动业务部所有与研发质量有关的工作
1) 产品开发思路的实施
2) 加强EH问题解决能力
3) 参与项目的风险放行的准备与跟踪
4) 8D的指导与跟踪(与德国的协作)
5) FMEA的协调，跟踪定义的行动
6) 组织审核并跟踪QA中定义的措施
7) 归纳整理研发质量相关的经验教训
Coordination and Management of All Development Quality Topics in EH
1) PE implementation
2) Strengthen problem solving competence in EH
3) Prepare and follow up together with PJ risk releases
4) 8D coaching and follow up (Coordination with Germany)
5) FMEA coordination (Follow up of measures, not moderation)
6) Audit organization and tracking measures including QA
7) Lessons learned responsible

Position Qualification

学 历
Education 本科及以上学历，机械或电子工程类专业
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electronic engineering

工作经验
Work Experience 三年以上开发或相关领域经验
More than 3 years’ experience in development or related area

United Automotive Electronic Systems Co.,Ltd
United Automotive Electronic Systems Co., Ltd. (UAES), a joint venture of Zhong-Lian Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd and Robert Bosch GmbH, was established in 1995.
