We are looking for a graphic designer able to capture the project strategy into efficient visual tools. You will help us to build a winning strategy, to develop interactive tools and use your design skill to give a shape to business/workplace insights.

The team: You will be working with our Strategy team. We are responsible for leading the untypical projects, from the initial phase of winning and creating the opportunity to the point when the design team can take over. We are talented and hungry (but warm) people, with various backgrounds. Our team spirit is a mix of entrepreneurism, enthusiasm and go-getter attitude. We each are responsible for several projects at the same time. We will need you to work closely with us while being autonomous and pro-active at the same time.

Requirements 要求:
? Relevant professional design practice, consultancy, branding or retail agency experience would be ideal.
从事相关的专业设计工作，顾问，品牌或者有相关机构的经验
? A degree in graphic design or similar creative course.
平面设计或相关的创意专业
? Expert in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Powerpoint knowledge is beneficial.
熟练Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop，
? Good at powerpoint is preferable
善于幻灯片制作。
? Fluent in oral and written English and/or Chinese
英文/中文口语以及书写流利。
? Ability to design graphics and layouts for the print collateral, presentations and even digital applications.
熟悉打印材料，演示文件甚至电子应用的平面设计以及排版。
? Good at sketch and even hand draw illustrations is preferable
善于手绘能力。
? Highly organized and resourceful. Able to work within a team and also independently.
有计划性以及高度灵活，既可以与团队合作也有能力独立完成工作。
? Passionate, ambitious, curious and creative persons are most desired.
热爱设计工作，思维活跃，富有创意，表现能力强，能独立完成设计方案有较强的的创新能力、审美能力。
