职位描述：
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsible for new product industrial design according to market demand and product requirement;
Responsible for the concept of forward-looking design according to product marketing trend and the new technology;
Responsible for existing product improvement on appearance to cater some urgent cases, and to support design team to do customization.

SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Products qualification;
Perform product failure analysis related to safety and EMC compliance;
Liaise with OEM/ODM partners on certification requirements;
Product certification documentation, test report release and continue maintenance supports;
Other assignments as assigned by supervisor.

KEY PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to skillfully use Rhino, Photoshop, 3DMAX, CorelDRAW or the equivalent rendering design software;
Able to use CAD software, such as Pro/E, UG, or Solidworks to do 3D concept model design;
Familiar with the process of product development;
Able to grasp the product engineering structure feasibility;
Understand the product the rationality of colour collocation and the product surface processing technology;
Foresee product style to experience, good at product usability and ergonomics design;
Will be prior advantage if being familiar with standards of accessibility such as ADA, CEN, CAN, CAS, etc.
Have the spirit of innovation development, research and exploring;
Have the ability of learning, discovery, integration;
Remain keen insight on the new knowledge, new technology, new trends and new fashion;
Have the consciousness of cultural accumulation, both ancient and modern culture elements, extract the cultural essence.
