职位描述：
岗位职责：
1 作为前端团队的leader，负责产品和项目的前端研发工作，解决核心技术问题；
2 熟悉HTML/HTML5特性，使用Div+CSS+JavaScript准确地进行代码构建，实现产品所需的交互效果；
3 负责前端页面的系统优化，设计并完善前端基础服务架构；
4 使用Html/CSS熟练地进行页面维护，有效地解决浏览器兼容问题并监督实施浏览器兼容测试标准，保证页面兼容性；
5 与后台技术开发保持良好沟通，快速理解、消化各方需求，并落实为具体的开发工作；
6 研究和探索创新的开发思路和最新的前端技术。
 
任职要求：
1 具有5年及以上的web开发经验，至少3年的HTML5、CSS3开发经验；
2 熟练掌握Javascript、HTML、CSS等前端技术；
3 熟练面向对象编程思想、Restful WebAPI；
4 熟悉任意MVC框架, 例如：AngularJS/Konkout/React/Backbone/Ember/Vue等；
5 熟悉任意自动化构建工具，例如：Grunt/Gulp等；
6 有Bootstrap或者其他响应式框架开发经验者优先；
7 具有较强的沟通能力及团队合作精神，高效的解决问题以及事务处理能力；
8 良好的职业成熟度，希望成为技术专家或项目管理者；
9 良好英文能力。
