Responsibilities
? Office administrative tasks including keeping office area and meeting rooms neat and clean, ordering food and putting out snacks, decorating, making sure all office electronics in working condition
? Office vendor management – office furniture, telecommunication, IT consumables, stationery
? Expatriates management (visas, work/residence permits)
? Assist in business travel arrangements
? Coordinate quarterly departmental audits
? Assist with company events and venue pricing analysis
? Liaise with benefits partners to ensure compliance standards are met and proper communication is shared
? Office lease and renovation
? Business license renewal (WOFE)
? Any additional tasks assigned by HR Managers of the company.

Qualifications
? University degree required, major in Admin or Hospitality Management related courses
? Team working spirit, good professional ethics, responsible candidate is preferable
? 5 years admin working experience in office administration
? Multi-tasking, good time management
? Good at managing schedules and bookings
? Experience in purchase and inventory management
? Experience in office services and supplier management
? Good organization skills, attend to details
? Fluent English communication
? Skilled in communication and coordination
? Willing to learn and develop in office administration field.
