职位描述：

For Human Resources

1. Handle full set HR functions (i.e. recruitment, staff administration, compensation & benefits administration, training coordination, staff relations and report analysis)
2. Assist to promote and execute HR policy
3. Establish and maintain accurate personnel records information
4. Organize staff relations activities
5. Provide HR services to expatriates

For Administration

1. Provide general office administration services (i.e. ensuring telecommunication system working properly and office equipment, furniture and fixtures are properly maintained)

2. Assist to promote and execute office administration policy and manual

3. Manage office logistic and insurance

4. Property rental for the company and the expatriates

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Logistic Management or related discipline.
2. With at least 2-year of experience as a generalist, providing support to all facets of Human Resources and office administration
3. Proficient in Mainland China employment law and Human Resources related ordinance & regulations
4. Proficient in spoken and written English
5. Proficient in Microsoft software, especially Excel
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
7. Independent, meticulous, resourceful and a creative problem solver

8. “Can do” attitude, demonstrates initiative and results oriented

Less working experience will be considered for Assistant.

Immediate available is preferable.
