职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. This IC FAE will support Finisar shanghai Transceiver team including long wave and short wave on all internal IC related issues, mainly on IC of laser driver, TIA, CDRs etc. Data rate from 10 Gbit/s to 400 GBit/s.
2. Engage collaboratively with transceiver team on module level IC characterization and trouble shooting
3. Bridge between Shanghai Transceiver team and US IC design team on IC technical communication
4. Support US IC design team on IC characterization
5. On field customer issue trouble shooting.
6. IC evaluation board design and test bench setup and maintenance
7. Write application notes and white papers relevant to IC characteristics
8. Training for IC users including hardware engineer, product engineer, test engineer etc.
 
Qualifications:
1. +2 years’ work experience with Bachelor degree (+1 years with master degree) in electronics engineering or equivalent.
2. Knowledge in fiber optics communication and datacom/telecom hardware development is preferred
3. Extensive knowledge of analog, digital circuits and RF microwave, optics relevant IC design and characterization experience is highly preferred.
4. Good knowledge of high speed interconnect, signal integrity and power integrity
5. Strong technical and verbal/written communication skills in both English and Chinese
6. Some domestic and occasional international travel will be required
7. Highly self-motivated, willing to share.
