Your responsibilities:
? Design and develop inverter/converter power electronics for new energy vehicle applications
? Capture and manage inverter/converter hardware requirements, developing into specifications; schematics, PCB layouts and drawings, ensuring alignment between internal team(s), suppliers and the customer
? Design and develop inverter/converter hardware, including gate drivers, control boards, DC link components selection and characterization of power modules, thermal and cooling designs
? Follow industry standard techniques to ensure a robust design, e.g. FMEA. Conduct design verification and validation activity at both component and system level
Your profile:
? Bachelor degree and above in a relevant engineering field. A minimum of 5 years' power electronics design experience in an automotive or similar engineering field
? Strong knowledge of power electronics, analogue and digital circuits, familiar with IGBT and future power switching technologies, experienced user of electronic circuit design software and simulation packages
? Good understanding of automotive HV standards, experience of designing power electronics in accordance with ISO26262 Functional Safety processes and concepts
? Fluency in Chinese and English, German is a plus
