职位描述：
Project Management Responsibility
? Manage the development process from marketing brief to 1st launch. Draft the planning/PERT for new project, highlighting potential risks and bringing forward solutions
? Support local sourcing and procurement of FP cosmetics, industry pack and beauty accessories
? Keep close communication with DOIE (Management of outsourced industrial operations located in France ) and subcontractors to ensure all issues and challenges for development to be updated and solved timely
? To guarantee the new products launch on time, in conformity to YR quality requirement and with competitive cost


Requirement
? Good English skills both in writing and speaking; Can well communicate with western colleagues by phone and emails; Can facilitate matrix team meeting independently
? At least 2 years project/PERT management experience in cosmetics, foods, drink, pharmacy or packaging industry
? Team Leader of a cross functional team (R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Purchasing, Quality, etc…). At the same time, work as a team member to promote communication and listen to others within YR Group
? Ability to liaise with different central Group functions and adapt/implement Client’s central procedures at local level
? Decision making, dealing with complexity, good communication skills, quick learner, self-motivated
? Bachelor Degree or above, studying or working abroad would be a plus
