职位描述：
工作内容
1. 捐赠人关系维护，定期一对一微信、电话、邮件、面谈、福利发放等
2. 负责捐赠人社群的运营与服务，包括捐赠人活动策划与执行、档案管理等
3. 基于捐赠人数据库，进行数据的汇总、统计和分析，制定维护策略
4. 采访、记录捐赠人故事及活动风采，协助捐赠人社群传播及招募
5. 协助筹款、传播及项目部门开展其他捐赠人相关工作

职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，中文、新闻、广告、市场营销、社会学等专业优先
2. 相关工作经验2-3年，有客户关系维护经验者优先
3. 开朗外向，喜欢社交，友善亲和，有一定文字能力，对公益行业有热情
4. 熟练使用office软件，熟悉CRM管理系统与工具者优先
5. 工作积极主动、认真靠谱、执行力强、善于沟通

联劝的诞生
2008年，汶川地震开启了中国公益元年，民间公益组织开始迅速出现。在数量增长的同时，民间公益组织普遍面临由缺乏能力与公信力等困境引起的资金不足。

另一方面，随着中国经济的高速增长、公众的公益意识及企业社会责任意识的觉醒，中国慈善劝募市场的潜力开始凸显；但资源配置渠道的缺乏，阻碍了慈善资源快速流入公益行业成为行业发展的主要助力。

在这一背景下，成立一个资助型的公募基金会，打通民间公益组织与慈善资源之间的壁垒，显得必要而迫切。2009年，以此为发展使命的上海公益事业发展基金会成立；2014年正式更名为上海联劝公益基金会（简称“联劝”）。

History
Since the tremendous Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, booming Chinese grassroots nonprofits led to a new era of philanthropy in China. Despite their skyrocketing number of registered nonprofits, however, most grassroots are stuck with limited accesses to donation, low capacity in fundraising, low credibility or transparency along with other difficulties, therefore the great fund shortage.

On the other side, with the soaring economic growth in China, the civic awareness of the public and the corporate social responsibility awareness rising, brought about the great potential of the donation. Yet, lack of donation channel prevents the philanthropic resources from moving fluently to who really needs them.

Thus, it’s essential to establish a public grant-making foundation to break the barriers between nonprofits and philanthropic resources. Led by this mission, Shanghai United Foundation (SUF) was founded in 2009.
