职位描述：

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for lead and monitors a team of senior merchandisers

- Ensures all samples and costing information are provided in a timely and effective manner;

- Follow up orders with customers, factories and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery;

- Maintains strong relationship with factories to ensure production process and output such as capacity, samples submissions, revision negotiations are meet the expectation. Ensure factories are work in standard procedures, business rules;

- Sourcing new factories to meet future business requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- College or above. Preferable major in garment/textile or international trade;

- Minimum 8 years working experience in garments (3years as a team leader, 5years as senior merchandiser at least),strong knowledge in outdoor jacket ,padding jacket ,down jacket and men woven cloth is a plus;

- Strong knowledge in martial and measurement related to garments;

- Fluency in both spoken and written in English and Chinese;

- Good communication, leadership, negotiation and problem solving skills.
