职位描述：
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. You will be part of a global storage & backup team located in Philadelphia, Sweden and Shanghai.
2. Travelling to above locations will be required from time to time.
3. Initially, you will focus on supporting our distributed backup environment and to work with IKEA IT´s bought services to follow up performance by KPI´s etc.
4. Typical working areas will be to support projects, maintain documentation, coordination of rollouts, test, tune and monitor the components in the distributed and central backup and recovery environment.

HARD SKILL
1. Experience supporting backup systems and disk based backup storage
2. Experience supporting a distributed Enterprise IT environment.
3. Good coordination abilities to lead and follow up external resources.

SOFT SKILL
1. Fluent in English both written and spoken
2. Strongly driven person with a proactive approach
3. Enjoy working together with others and use your communication skills to be able to cooperate in the best way
4. Effective delivery focused mind-set with a mix of patience and persistence
5. High focus on quality
6. A strong sense of togetherness and willing to take responsibility
