1. Executes office policies.

2. Coordinates part of or all administrative activities.

3. Coordinates office renovation, maintenance and security.

4. Organizes employee activities.

5. Interacts with office suppliers and vendors.

6. Arrange Co. car and meeting room according to user's request.

7. Hotel reservation.

8. Support other tasks/ programs assigned.



Job Requirements:



1. College graduate or above.

2. 2 years related working experience.

3. Vendor management, understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

4. CET-6, good command of both oral and written English.

5. Ability of Analysis and problem solving.

6. Have a high sense of responsibility, can work diligently under high pressure, willing to work overtime during peak season.

Now the transportation services in China include liner services comprising with various routes, bulk services, car carrier services, tanker services,non-marine total logistics service, etc.

Since the establishment of MOL (China) Co. Ltd. in 1995, MOL has established a good presence in China supported by a network of 18 branches and representative offices with some 400 national staff located in key coastal ports and cities. Ports of coverage included Qingdao, Dalian, Tianjin, Shanghai, Ningbo, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Xiamen, Fuzhou, etc.

China becomes the most important market for the shipping business and MOL strengthen its presence in China by increasing office network and achieves various long-term contracts with Chinese big customers.
