职位描述：
Responsibilities工作职责
1. Maintain recruiting channel including but not limited website, linkedin, campus channel and headhunter.
维护招聘渠道，主要包括招聘网站、领英、校园招聘以及猎头公司。
2. Make interview arrangement through telephone and email.
管理面试追踪记录并且完成月度分析报告。
3. Update monthly open position summarize report, O-chart and people report in Go site.
每月在公司系统中更新职位总结报告、组织架构以及人员报告。
4. Assist to handle on-boarding process through first day program, on job training plan and personal filing documents.
协助完成新员工入职流程，包括第一天入职项目、入职培训以及人事档案录入。
5. Assist to handle exit program through last day program.
协助完成员工离职流程。
6. Assist HR officer to manage all training program including but not limit e-learning program, clear leadership/ partnership training program and other training program.
协助HR部门完成培训项目，包括但不限于在线学习项目、领导力/合作项目培训以及其他培训项目。
7. Manage employee leaving record and generate monthly reminder report.
管理员工的假期记录，并且生成月度报告。
8. Generate monthly employee contract renewal report.
生成每月员工合同更新报告。
9. Other duties assigned.
协助完成其他上级分配的任务。

Education and Experience教育背景与经验
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience.
本科及以上学历，至少三年相关工作经验。
2. Good command of both spoken and written English, Proficient in Microsoft Office(word/PPT/Excel).
英语口语流利，书面表达能力强，擅长办公软件（word/PPT/Excel）。
3. Experience in a systematic organization, knowledge on current HR policy, practices and trends would be advantage.
