？ 4 years above IT supports Experience.

Formal education or equivalent教育背景
？ College/university degrees major in IT/Computer or related.

Skills技能
？ Good knowledge and skills on Infrastructure and Windows Servers.
？ Hand on experience of IT helpdesk support, be good at troubleshoot issues.
？ Proficient in MS Office O365 and Windows 7/10
？ Proactive and committed team player with the ability to work independently
？ Attention to details, flexibility and ability to adapt to change
？ Good English communication skills include verbal, reading and writing.
？ ITIL v3 certification is a plus

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
？ Provide daily first/second level IT support to all end users locally or remotely.
？ Respond/update incidents or requests on time to meet SLA.
？ Manage local network, Servers, VC system, VPN, CCTV and Applications etc, ensure IT services reliability and availability.
？ Ensure all information/data are properly protected and meet Sulzer IT policy.
？ Create and maintain IT documents.
？ Be responsible for IT asset management.
？ Other tasks assigned by manager
