职位描述：
本岗位可接收无应收工作经验，但必须有2年左右的出纳经验

负责公司的应收账款工作，主要包括：
1. 按时开具并寄送增值税发票给百货，经销商或其他客户
2. 自营店及网店销售收入的核对
3. 销售收入/应收账款/百货结算单费用的账务处理，包括ERP(SAGE)财务系统的信息录入
4. 按时提供应收账款余额及明细，并确保数据准确。
5. 催讨应收账款
6. 根据合同，审核商场的月度结算单，并分店编制月度结算单审核报告
7. 为自营店铺申请POS机
8. 从税务局申请和购买增值税和零售发票
9. 其他会计经理安排的工作
Be responsible for the accounting job (accounts Receivable part) for Devarp, mainly Including:
1. Issue VAT invoice to Department Store, Franchiser or other customers.
2. To do the turnover/cash reconciliation for own shop, Tmall store and e-commerence store.
3. Prepare accounting entry (Accounts receivable/turnover /department store expenses) and input it to Accpac system.
4. Prepare and analysis accounts receivable related data and report
5. To make sure the company could receive the money from customers (Department store, Franchiser or other customers) on time.
6. Prepare the monthly reconciliation report base on monthly settlement statement from department store.
7. Apply POS machine for own shop
8. Apply and buy VAT and retail invoice from tax bureau
9. Other job assign by accounting manager.

出纳:
1、 负责现金收付、网银付款、资本金结汇及海外付款
2、 SAFE系统增资操作
3、 其他会计经理安排的工作
Cashier:
1、 Responsible for cash receipt and payment, online banking payment, exchange settlement and oversea payment.
2、 Safe system operation for capital increase.
3、 Other job assign by accounting manager.
