1、电子专业毕业，大专及以上学历；

2、有3年以上电子产品调试，维修工作经验，熟练使用各种仪器工具；

3、动手能力强，能读懂电路图；

4、正直诚信，吃苦耐劳，遵从公司的工作安排；

5、责任心强，有较强的自我学习能力和一定的抗压能力；

6、沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，具有非常强的学习能力和良好心态。
