职位描述：
1、参加部门员工培训及教育。
2、配合部门行政规范及管理。
3、配合并执行部门部门安排的工作职责。
4、接受定期考察及员工绩效评估,并配合业务提升。
5、医护合作及沟通。
6、负责病人转诊及安排专家会诊。
7、参与儿科住院部患儿诊治。
8、参与并协助新生儿及危重新生儿诊治。
9、参与医疗急救。
10、照会部门主任疑难重症病例及转院病例。
11、规范书写并及时完成病历。

任职资格：
1、工作经验要求：5年及以上临床经验。
2、技能要求：医疗临床经验。
3、执照与证书要求：医师资格证、执业证。
