1、负责建立和维护量检具台账，保证台账及时更新。

2、负责对量检具进行标识，保证所有量具在有效期范围内。

3、负责第三方量具外校工作，主要包括与第三方确定外校时间和取回时间以及外校报告的归档。

4、制定MSA的分析计划并按计划实施，并形成报告归档。

5、配合其他部门完成新项目阶段的工装模具验收

6、制定型式试验计划并按计划完成，并出具报告归档

7、新项目检具的验收

8、参与新项目阶段的产品验证（三坐标测量或者检具全检，并拍照归档）

9、实验室的5S管理

10、领导安排的其他事宜

任职资格：

1、熟练掌握MSA SPC知识和计量管理知识

2、会使用三坐标（系统为PC-DIMS或者法如），三坐标至少使用半年以上，会PC-DIMS编程更好。

3、熟悉GD&T，能够读懂复杂的零件图纸（定位基准）

4、熟练使用办公软件

5、熟悉检具的使用以及检具的三坐标测量。

6、会使用拉伸机，硬度仪，投影仪，轮廓仪，爆破箱，莱卡显微镜优先

7、中专或高中以上学历

TI Automotive Systems (Shanghai)Co., Ltd which has the B&F and HVAC business under TI Automotive FCS, has about 29 global facilities in Mexico, USA, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech, Japan, South Korea, Australia and China.
