1. 工作职责：主要负责制剂部门的项目、实验室、人员的规范化管理，项目中遇到的技术问题的解决，项目申报资料的撰写、审核等。
2. 经验要求：硕士8年及以上，本科10年及以上制剂研发经验（含4年以上固体制剂经验）；近4年内有项目经历NMPA申报及现场核查（另有FDA申报经验者优先）；2年以上团队管理经验。
3. 技能要求：熟悉制剂研发中美两地法规和流程；熟练使用固体制剂常规设备(如:粉碎机、制粒机、压片机、包衣机、胶囊机、流化床等)；具有良好的团队协作精神及沟通能力，自主带领团队完成工作。

   4.语言要求：英文读写熟练，能自行撰写翻译申报资料、研究方案报告、SOP等文件。
