职位描述：
职位名称：项目经理

主要职责:
1.负责矿业投资项目全过程，包括项目考察.尽职调查.风险评估.投资运作等；
2.收集整理投资项目资料，包括可行性研究报告.项目建议书.行业研究报告，并与投资项目各方进行沟通；
3.协助投资团队完成项目，为项目组提供投资相关文书，包括法律文件.投后管理等各项支持工作等，对并购项目的投资收益进行测算分析；
4.拟定项目并购基金计划设立方案等有关报告文件；
5.负责基金业务合作方案的风险评估和分析，及风险管理设计.基金交易结构和实施计划的安排；
6.对投资项目全过程进行风险监控，保证项目顺利结束和安全退出；
7.其他项目支持工作；

任职要求:
1.重点大学（211或985）大学本科，经济.金融.财务等相关专业，硕士及以上学历优先考虑；
2.有3年以上股权投资公司工作经历者，并有矿业投资工作经验的优先考虑；
3.对财务报表熟悉；
4.对海外投资市场，海外投资股权结构了解者优先考虑；
5.了解矿业投资方面的程序步骤，并有过尽职调查工作经验；
6.熟悉宏观经济.私募股权投资与基金相关知识；
7.有较强的逻辑性.研究分析.沟通谈判能力；
8.拥有证券.基金从业资格或CPA.CFA.律师资格证书者优先；

Position: Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the investment project whole process, including project reserach、 due diligence investigation、risk assessment、investment operation;
2.Collating investment project data,including feasibility study report、project proposal、marketing research report，communicating with related personnel;
3.Support investment team to complete project,assist in provide documents, inclding support job such legal document、management after investment etc,also analysis on investment gains;
4.Draw up documents for merger and acquisition projects & establish plan;
5.Responsible for risk assessment and analysis on the plan cooperate with fund,risk-Management draft,fund transaction structure ,project scheme arrangment;
6.Investment project whole-process risk monitoring and control,insure project entry & remov safely；
7.Other supporting;

Qualifications & Requirements:
1.Universities of “211 or 985 Project”,or engineering Bachelor degree is required,master degree is preferred;
2.At least 3 years relevant working experience in equity investment company, mining industry investment project experience is preferred ;
3.Familiar with financial statements;
4.Familiar with overseas investment marketing and ownership structuremergersis preferred;
5.Familiar with mining industry invest process, have financial due diligence experience;
6.Have a good command of knowledge of macroeconomic、private equity investment、fund;
7.Strong logic、Research and analysis ability、Good communication and negotiation skills;
8.SAC、CPA、CFA lawyer certificate;
