The mobile gaming market continues to grow exponentially year over year and EA’s portfolio of world-class brands, extensive independent developer network, and ability to create original hits puts the company in a unique position to increase this leadership position.
We are seeking a Producer to join our Pogo Studio. This position is based in Shanghai, PRC.
As a Producer, you will work in cooperation with US and Shanghai teams across all functional groups under scrum process – Art, Engineering, QA, Production, Web Development, to deliver game or feature projects.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Understanding Pogo website feature and games
- Work as Product Owner in local team
- Communicating with US team and local team to understand project reequipments and ensure project delivery
- Follow dev process to ensure smooth milestone/gate checkpoints
- Establishing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with internal and external resources
- Managing 3rd party vendors for game or art assets outsourcing. Ensures that vendors meet milestones
- Managing content production and release schedule for Pogo.com

Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in casual/mobile game industry
- Excellent Mandarin/English communication capability and skills, both written and oral
- Being accountable and responsible for commitments
- Being able to work under minimum supervision
- Attention to details
- Understands scrum process
