Work experience:
? 3 – 7 Years of Verifiable Experience within the following disciplines:
o Sourcing and Supply Chain Management Experience for Mechanical Products from Metals and/or Plastics
o Sourcing and Supply Chain Management of Electronic Products
o Familiarity with Window Fashions Industry a plus.
o Prior experience working in a Multi-National Environment will be given a priority.

Primary Duties:
? Sourcing of Mechanical Components and/or Electronic Components related to the Window Fashions Industry.
? Assist Senior Manager of Sourcing/Procurement for Durable Goods with project work as required.
? Manage Supply Chains for our global operations ensuring on-time delivery of production and/or samples.
? Classification of orders and supplier files.
? Contract and Pricing negotiations to support local and global initiatives in Costing and Supply Chain Management.
? Coordination of supplier visits with colleagues from HunterDouglas and affiliate companies.
? Market research for product costing, alternate suppliers and supply chain commercialization
? Monitor and report business activities at supply partners.
? Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Turn-Over Reporting by commodity and HunterDouglas Location.
? Additional work as required by the Sr. Manager of Durable Goods Sourcing/Procurement.

Computer Skills:
? Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
? Previous experience with SAP a plus

Additional Traits:
? The incumbent must be a self-starter and be able to work individually or as part of a team.
? A high attention to detail is a must.
