CreaStyle Design provides uniform design and production services to the Luxury Hospitality industry.
Our international team specializes in developing personalized, creative and functional uniform designs in accordance to client’s philosophy, venue inspiration and interior decor.

A. Job Responsibility

-Coordinate for production daily work. manage weekly meeting report, follow up production team schedules.
- Follow up orders with corresponding clients.
- Assist to manage the product development till bulk production are in line with development/bulk by calendar;
- Liaise with garment factories, fabric mill & trims supplier.
- Costing:t o review cost sheets and conduct initial negotiations with vendors & check the accuracy of cost within cost sheets;
- Capable to organize and implement inline inspections and final inspections during production and before shipment;
- Capable to analyze feasibility of style before production: identify critical points, suggest precautions to supplier, and suggest style modification to Merchant/buyer
- Capable to prepare documents with forwarder for custom clearance .
- Other relevant work assigned by head manager.

B. Requirements:

-Frequent travel is necessary
- Knowledge in quality processes in production
-Team spirit and high responsibility
-2-3 years relevant experience in merchandising;
-Flexible, strong planning, well organized & able to work independently under pressure;
-knowledge of high-fashion apparel will be an advantage;

Sample follow up, research & development experience
- should be able to speak and write in English
- Able to work under pressure from lead time / work load / job condition
- Shanghai local residence or live in Shanghai city
