？ Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, engineering or manufacture with a minimum of 2 years warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
？ Strong leadership and excellent communication skill.
？ Experiences on building and leading team.
？ Experiences on cost saving and problem solving.
？ Experiences on SAP operating and good office software skill
？ Strong learning ability and will to lead the change for clear demanding.
？ Fluent in English.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / 主要职责
？ Make sure a daily smooth operation of receiving, return, shipping and replenishment task.
？ Establish and improve daily operation SOP, system people organization.
？ Recruit new staff and manage their performance.
？ Set the KPI and assessment process for team performance.
？ Continuous improve process, layout, working method, environment with the changing demanding whatever from external and internal.
？ Ensure the security level for both material and FG. By process design and daily monitoring.
？ Create the skill grading system for warehouse team by fulfill and implement the training programmer.
？ Inventory management cycle counting and slowing moving monitoring.
？ Create the reporting system for warehouse daily management and project brief.
？ Warehouse safety and 5S improvement
？ Warehouse facility and subcontractor management
