职位描述：
Responsibilities:
?Planning, steering and controlling of a variety of customer program developments or a customer platform program under consideration of quality, cost and timing
?Responsible for the customer related development of the programs / platform within the budget / CAR released
?Define and implement targets for the assigned programs or platforms
?Ensure, coordinate and document program related information flow with all internal and external departments and pass/control work packages and tasks to the assigned departments and members of the program team
?Define program team structure to manage effectively the customer, products, projects and geographical complexities of allocated customer in line with customer requirements
?Ensure the application of PMR according to the QS guideline
?Work out program budgets (investments, tools and piece costs)

Requirement:
1. at least 3 relevant PM experience in auto-industry, SAIC plus
2. Fluent English language skill
3. Have experience of global team cooperation
4. Can take pressure and be result-oriented
