岗位职责：
1、根据公司经营目标制定年度行政及人力资源的工作目标及规划方案；
2、健全内部管理机制，优化内部结构，监督运营机制的贯彻执行；
3、负责编写集团公司的组织架构，岗位说明书、岗位编制、业务流程等；
4、负责德国、日本等海外招聘工作，包括岗位的能力模型、招聘发布、招聘渠道维护，组织面试等；
5、负责全体员工人事手续、社会及商业保险体系的管理。负责公司劳动年检及相关劳动保障活动的实施；
6、制定薪资福利、绩效考核评估、员工发展等人力资源管理制度和工作流程，并根据公司发展需要及时调整；
7、制定并组织实施公司培训工作计划；
8、制定并实施公司员工关怀和企业文化制度；

9、负责对全体员工的奖惩、任用等管理。

任职要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、经济管理相关专业毕业，年龄：30—40岁；
2、 八年以上行政人事工作经验，其中三年以上人力资源经理级职务管理岗位经验和实务。熟悉国内和国外相关的劳动条例、法规、政策；
3、 良好的职业道德，沟通技巧和影响力，组织协调能力，能承担工作压力。语言、文字表达能力佳；
4、 有较强的执行力，及解决问题的能力，具备员工关系管理，客户关系管理，团队领导及管理能力；

5、人力资源管理二级以上资质；
6、 英语六级，日语二级以上，书面及口语流利。

Job descriptions:

1. Formulate the administration and HR work goal and scheme annually according to company manage goal;

2. Establish internal management system, improve internal structure, direct internal affairs running and executing.

3. Be responsible of making the organization structure chart, job description, job position, business procedures;

4. Be responsible of recruitment of Germany, Japanese and oversea companies, including of Model making, advertise, maintain recruitment ditch, arrangement interview.

5. Be responsible of handling human resource procedures, social and business insurance, annual employment survey and related employment protection.

6. Make the management rules and procedures of payment, performance appraisal, employee development, amend according to company development.

7. Make and carry out the employee training plan;

8. Make and carry out the employee care and corporate culture.

9. Be responsible of employee rewards and punishments, appointment.

Requirement:

1. Undergraduate education, major in HR, economic management or related, 30-40 years old,.

2. More than 8 years HR and administration work experience, at least 3 years work experience and operating, familiar with the related employment rules, laws and policies of Chinese and oversea.

3. Good professional morality, communication skill, influence power. Good organizing and coordinate ability, work in pressure. Good spoken and writing skills.

4. Strong implementation capacity, good solve skill, good capacity of employment and customer relationship management, team leadership.

5. HR management level 2 or above.

6. English level 6, Japanese level 2, fluent written and spoken English and Japanese.
