职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 负责跟进公司指派的项目，陪同销售人员拜访客户并提供售前服务和技术咨询；
Follow up the assigned projects, and visit customer and provide the pre-sales services and technical advisory to customers with sales person;
2. 与国外生产工厂沟通，了解最新的产品信息并传递到销售团队；
Communicate with oversea factory, be aware of the production information at first time and delivery to sales team;
3. 与国外销售公司沟通，了解最新的应用信息并传递到销售团队；
Communicate with oversea sales company, be aware of the application information at first time and delivery to sales team;
4. 根据客户要求，选择、定制符合客户要求的真空产品及系统，并完成技术方案及P&ID图纸；
Select and customize the vacuum products and systems to meet customer requirements, and complete the technical proposal and P&ID drawings;
5. 完成并优化项目的成本估算、及项目成本控制；
Complete and optimize the project cost estimates, and control the project cost;
6. 根据定单要求，跟踪定单执行情况并将相关进度反馈给项目相关人员，确保设备顺利交付及调试运行；Follow up the implementation for orders, and give the progress feedbacks to the related person according to the requirements of orders, ensure the delivery, debugging and ,commissioning for equipment smoothly;
7. 配合现场工程师进行现场安装及调试开机服务；
Cooperate with the Field Service Engineer to install and debug on-site ;
8. 收集市场和竞争对手信息，以便于Busch采取合适的销售策略；
Collect Information on the market and competitions, in order to help Busch China develop sales strategy;
9. 随时由管理人员分配的其他任务。
Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 优秀的学习能力，能在最短的时间内学习熟悉公司各类产品；
Good learning ability, can be in the shortest possible time to learn the company’s products;
2. 熟练使用office办公软件以及AutoCAD等绘图软件;
Proficiency in computer skills with MS office, AutoCAD.
3. 具有时间管理和自我管理能力、团队合作和吃苦耐劳精神；
Have time management and self management ability, the team cooperation and the spirit of work hard;

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科及以上学历；机械、电子及自动控制等专业，有真空行业工作经验优先。
Bachelor degree or above; Mechanical, Electronics, and automatic control, or has working experience about vacuum is preferred;
2. 专注于目标应用行业如FPD，Solar，R&D等超过2年，了解熟悉终端用户；
Work for the target markets like FPD, Solar, R&D for more than 2 years, understand these related target customers;
3. 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
Excellent English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing
4. 逻辑思维性强、有创新意识；
Strong logical thinking, have innovation consciousness;
5. 有良好的沟通及抗压能力。
Good communication and be able to work under pressure.

公司上下班有班车接送：
线路1经停点：地铁5号线江川路地铁站1号口→沪闵路东川路全季酒店门口公交站→交大新村公交站；单程15分钟。
线路2经停点：地铁9号线松江体育馆地铁站2号口→新桥家天下门口→公司；单程60分钟。
