职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE:

1. This position will assist in resolving computing systems problems, infrastructure and network operations issue for ASSA ABLOY iRevo China and its Branches. Make appropriate judgements about their recommendations to complete resolution to the colleagues’ satisfaction.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working in accordance with ASSA ABLOY’s IT strategies, standards, policies, and guidelines:

1. Maintain effectively supporting computer operations, which include back-office servers, LAN/WAN systems, voice & video communications, desktop and laptop configuration and procurement, and e-mail systems.高效地维护公司计算机运营包括后台服务器，局域网，广域网，语音和视频会议系统，桌面电脑，邮箱以及电脑配件管理
2. Work with Global IT team to implement ASSA ABLOY PC standards to each client, and make sure all PC and network environments can meet the global standards. 与集团IT团队实施亚萨合莱信息技术标准，确保公司网络和计算机环境符合全球标准
3. Coordinates the operation of application infrastructure support services through implemented service delivery model 协助应用程序运行中要求网络硬件服务
4. Define infrastructure pre-requisites for running group applications and assess compliance with defined specifications and policies 为符合规范和政策运行的集团应用程序和访问建立网络和硬件的先决条件
5. Escalates customer requests as appropriate; tracks customer requests and communicates back to customer适当的升级客户请求， 跟踪客户请求和响应客户

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

1. Strong skills and experience in the following
a. Windows Server 2008/2012
b. Active Directory
c. Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016
d. WAN and networking technologies and products
e. Network security
f. Network monitor tool such as solarwinds etc.
2. The following additional skills are desirable
a. Other Microsoft server products eg SQL, SharePoint
b. Citrix
c. Cisco
3. B.S. Degree in Information Systems or similar educational background with certification plus 2 or more years of related work experience.
4. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical audience.
5. Demonstrated Team Building skills.
6. Ability to work effectively within a geographically dispersed IT leadership structure.
7. Good English especially in writing and speaking
