职位描述：

1. 按照公司流程审核合同，采购和订单处理；

2. 针对原始数据做好统计，及时编入有关凭证，并与相关部门对账；
3. 负责对客户往来账目、单证跟踪监督，确保公司及客户的利益；

4. 负责销售系统的数据管理及维护；

4. 协助上级主管做好其它工作。

任职条件：
1. 相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 至少2年以上工作经验，1年以上相关岗位工作经验；

3. 工作认真仔细，责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神；

4. WORD、EXCEL熟练，对数字敏感性强；

5. 有CRM 、ERP系统操作经验者优先；

6. 英文六级，日语二级。

Job descriptions:

1. Audit the contracts according to the company business procedure, handle the purchase and sale orders ;

2. Be responsible for statistics of original data, make the vouchers in time, review the accounts with related departments;

3. Be responsible for tracking and monitoring the running accounts and orders of customers, insure the benefit of company and customers;

4. Be responsible of management and maintaining the sales system records;

5. To assist supervisor with other duty.

Requirement:

1. Related major in undergraduate or higher degree;

2. At least two years work experience and one year work experience in related position;

3. Work earnestly and carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility, good team-work spirit;

4. Good command of word and excel, have a strong sensitivity of figure;

5. Experience in ERP system is preferred;

6. English level 6, Japanese level 2.
