职位描述：
1、  协助制订完善、组织实施人力资源管理有关规章制度和工作流程；
2、  根据业务部门的招聘需求，组织实施招聘工作；
3、  培训计划的实施，协助做好培训效果的评估及培训文件的管理；
4、  为业务部门提供人力资源工作支持。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学、社会学等相关专业；
2、2年以上人力资源工作经验，医药行业工作经验者尤佳；
3、熟悉人力资源各大模块及人力资源法律法规，精通招聘及培训模块。
