2. 拥有足够的知识及经验，能够从开发产品的图稿与报价单中提炼出关键要素并开展工作，在要求的时间内完成项目开发。

3. 能独立与供应商开展工作，确定工艺流程和价格谈判，以确保公司的市场竞争力。

4. 在满足开发需求和做出技术性建议方面对其它业务部门形成支持。

5. 创建完善的价格表及确认样品提交表格，按公司的要求妥善保存各类开发记录及资料。

6. 当工作需要，针对所需开发的新型产品，参与分析市场与开发合适的新供应商。

7. 有良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神。

8. 有较好的书面英语交流能力。

9. 工作细致，积极主动，能适应一定的工作压力。

10. 完成由经理安排的其它工作。

Job Purpose:

To specialize in trim and packaging development, mainly include quotation and sample approvals.

Key Responsibilities & Requirement:

1. Be qualified to develop and manage each product line arranged by company; Be familiar with trim and packaging categories such as hangtag/paper insert/woven label/print label/heat transfer label/polybag/vinyl bag/box/PDQ, etc.

2. Enough knowledge and experience in finding out key elements in artwork/spec of developing target and accomplish development projects by due date.

3. Work independently with each supplier on craftsmanship finalizing and price negotiating to maintain our market competitiveness.

4. Support peer departments on development requests and make technical proposal.

5. Create thorough costing sheet and approved sample submit sheet, keep all developing records well organized as requested.

6. When needed, involve in analyzing and sourcing appropriate supplier to develop required new products.

7. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.

8. Good command of written English.

9. Carefully and active working style. Be able to work under pressures.

10. Complete and report other tasks assigned by manager.
