Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Canada your tasks and responibilities will include:
向位于加拿大的人力资源总监定期进行汇报。同时，职能要求还包括：

// You will be responsibile for the planning, implementation, and communication of HR programs, projects and services for the Asia-Pacific region.
负责规划、实施、沟通瑷荔德在亚太地区人力资源相关的计划、项目与服务。

// You will consult and advise both global and local managers on legal and employees matters.
负责就法律和雇员事宜向全球和当地的管理者提供咨询意见.

// You will conduct full cycle recruitment for the Asia-Pacific region in line with the global recruitment process.
根据瑷荔德全球招聘流程，负责亚太地区进行全周期招聘工作。

// As a member of the global HR team, you will collaborate on projects to align and improve global policies and practices ensuring compliance with local laws.
作为瑷荔德全球人力资源团队的成员，负责在项目上与同事进行协作，以协调和改进公司全球策略和管理实践，以确保遵守当地法律法规。

// You will maintain employees records and input employee data into the Human Resources Management System ensuring accuracy of information.
负责维护员工记录，并将员工数据输入人力资源管理系统，以确保信息的准确性。

// You effectively manage employee programs including onboarding, performance, development, compensation and departures.
负责有效地管理各项员工事务，包括入职、绩效、发展计划、薪酬和离职等。

Your qualification:
职位要求：
// You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in progressive HR roles.
拥有学士学位或硕士学位，且至少拥有5年的人力资源管理经验。

// You have experience developing and delivering customer focused HR services and programs in global company.
拥有在跨国公司开发和提供以客户为中心的人力资源服务和项目的经验。

// You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
拥有很好的沟通技巧和流利的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。
