职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
1.Assists Finance Director for all finance management aspects of b-ONE Group with business and Sales & Marketing, R&D focused. Close interaction with local & global Finance team is also required；
2.Prepares financial planning, analyses & management reporting.
3.Involved in the development, execution and follow-up of the Business Plan (Budget) & BP updates as well as the long range financial plan and other forecast cycles.
4.Engages in continuous improvement and find innovative ways to improve reporting and planning (ST/LT) and provides management with transparent information supporting business decisions.
5.Work closely with business team to support business analysis on various new initiatives with finance acumen
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above with majored in Finance, Accounting, or business administration, professional accounting qualification CPA, ACCA is a plus.
2.Must have strong financial analysis skills ；
3.Ability to collaborate and communicate well with various stakeholders
4.English: Business level
5.Efficient in Microsoft windows software
