职位描述：
1. To review Hi-P CSR vision, mission and strategies, and develop Hi-P CSR annual plan.
2. To lead, monitor, facilitate and manage the needed resources to carry out CSR plans.
3. To collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the goals of the corporate social responsibility plans are aligned with the organization's mission and satisfies the needs of the stakeholder.
4. To monitor, facilitate and follow up the CSR Audit in each sites to meet customers’ requirements.
5. Be responsible for annual HR internal Audit
6. To review and develop CSR policy
7. Other tasks & responsibilities assigned by management

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，英文读写良好，顾问公司背景或外资企业CSR部门工作背景；
2. 有撰写企业CSR部门可持续报告相关经验；
3. 有组织敬业度调研工作经验；
4. 有组织企业HR内外审工作经验；
5. 学习能力强，善于沟通，积极主动.
