岗位职责:

1、负责产品的认证、注册、许可等；与第三方检测机构联络与产品检测相关的事宜；与认证机构联络认证申请、获证及其它与产品认证相关的事宜。

2、整理产品注册、认证相关资料，关注相关法律、法规的变化；过程跟踪和审批中相关联络和处置；

3、协助进行海外市场准入的各项工作;

4、参与技术文件的翻译工作，确保技术文件翻译的准确性和完整性;

5、帮助供应商建立质量管理体系和作业流程;

6、负责内部体系文件建立、更新。

任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，熟悉制造类企业管理运作；
2、熟悉向相关部门注册申报的流程，有实际操作经验；

3.具有ISO内审员资格，熟练掌握质量管理工具，具有国家注册质量工程师（中级）证书优先；
4.具有良好沟通、写作能力；
5. 相关工作经验2年以上，日企经验优先。

6. 英语4级，日语2级以上。

7. 能适应短期出差。

Job descriptions:

1. Be responsible of quality certification, registration, permitting, charge of keeping touch with test institutions, including applications and qualifications.

2. Prepare the documents of registration and quality certification, keep attention to the related rules and laws, follow the audit process and keep contact and handle it.

3. To assist the admittance of oversea market.

4. To take part in translation of technical files, to be sure of the technical files is translated correctly and completely.

5. To assist the supplies establish the quality management system and work procedure.

6. Be responsible of establishing and updating the company internal system files.

Requirement:

1. Related major in undergraduate or higher degree, be family with operating of manufacture enterprise.

2. Be family with the procedure of registration and declaring to the related institutions, good experience in operation procedure.

3. ISO internal auditor certificate, master quality management tools, registered middle level quality engineer is preferred;

4. Good communication and writing skills;

5. More than two years related work experience, experience in Japanese company is preferred;

6. English CET4, Japanese level 2.

7. Adapt to short-term business trip.
